Joined Setter in San Francisco
This was a trajectory defining experience! I was in charge of running field operations for our Bay Area market which was our largest and saw annual GMV of $1.8 million.
- Launched a Field Operations team in the Philippines consisting of 6 associates, resulting in cost to serve to dollars sold ratio improving by 172%.
- Implemented a collections process that resulted in collection of $250,000 worth of outstanding invoices.
- Collaborated with the product team to drive user research and help develop our HomeHub app for homeowners.

Dove into the world of management consulting. Clients included a steel fabricator in Hamilton and healthcare client in Toronto.
- Increased profits for steel fabricator by 20%, by implementing Lean Six Sigma practices to improve tool management, procurement and warehousing.
- Developed a data reconciliation tool that saved healthcare client over 18 hours/week.
- Worked directly with CEO David Poirier to scope new target industries and define company strategy.

2017
Joined Procter & Gamble in Toronto
I was on the supply chain team focused on making improvements to P&Gs $30 billion North American supply chain.
- Successfully implemented a self-initiated gamification project to improve tester engagement and gather data on tester performance; work recognized by Director in Germany.
- Led a global team responsible for testing major updates to P&G’s North American supply chain network.
- Collaborated with business and technical teams to automate testing of the order management tool which would reduce testing time from 3 months to 2 weeks per year.
